Getting into the pharmacy isn’t always possible, but that shouldn’t stop you from getting the care you need. Our pharmacist home visits give you access to many of the services offered in a pharmacy such as medication advice or blood pressure testing, right in the comfort of your own home. This is especially helpful for seniors or patients with transportation or mobility barriers.
